Surrendered Baby Law

Did you know that in California, parents can safely surrender a baby within 72 hours of birth to any hospital emergency room, no questions asked? Unless there are signs of abuse, no criminal charges can be made. Hmm…interesting. We just had our CPS and HIPAA training today.
