IO Error has found a fix for WP-Amazon. If you find that yours is coming up blank, open up wp-amazon.php, go to line 74 and replace require_once (‘admin-header.php’); with require_once (‘admin.php’); and all your problems will be fixed!
Update: Go download the new version for WordPress 1.5.
