I think I’ve found my new favorite chips.They’re called Ghost Pepper Potato Chips. I found them on the bottom shelf at Trader Joe’s. They sound spicy but they’re actually not that bad. Hot Cheetos are much more spicy. They do have a slight kick. They’re pretty crunchy (I’m assuming because they’re “kettle cooked.”) The lattice cut makes them look like thin waffle fries in chip form. I’d like to think that because there’s more surface area for the seasoning to stick to, it makes the chip more flavorful. But what do I know, I just like chips. I need to go back and get a few more bags. Yay for fat and sodium.
